Starting in Customer Relations, she steadily worked her way through, taking on roles that allowed her to shape the company’s customer support and digitalization strategy. Today, as the Head of Customer Support, she leads the Customer Excellence Center (CEC) in Chennai, which runs seamlessly 24/7/365.
