    Key Responsibilities:

    §     Developing and managing a robust businessanalytics platform to support the price optimization modelling, business casereviewing and reference pricing impact analysis.

    §    Executing the pricing strategy for NUMERIC,including developing an innovative pricing and financial models, setting upbest checks and controls, best practices and ensuring most relevant customerprices.

    §    Communicate on the Pricing and educate aboutthe importance and impact of pricing on an organization.

    §   Should have the capability to understandRequest for Proposal/Quote (RFP/RFQ) documents and have an eye for detail whileappraising such documents. Pricing to be aligned to NUMERIC Strategy

    §   Closely interact with the cross-functionalstakeholders and keep pricing plan achievement in focus. Engage with Finance,Functional leaders, and regional teams to gain alignment on the Pricing plan

    • Manages complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations.

    §  Interpreting, validating, and managingcustomer requirements - speaking with sales teams and other technical expertsto understand, anticipate and meet their price needs.

    §  Active monitoring of discounting trends toidentify and drive opportunities for improved discounting behaviours.(Tactical)

    §  Identify Lead and lag indicators to achievethe overall business plan

    §  Lead effective price reviews on largeopportunities with cross-functional teams & maintain quality and consistencyof price quotes.

    §  Keep track of market price benchmarks.Determine appropriate list prices and discounts based on analysis of market andcompetition
